Brian has been with PLS since 2011. He holds two master’s degrees including an M.A. in Political Science and an M.A. in History. Brian recently earned his doctorate from Wilkes University. Brian works closely with state education agencies, education cooperatives and consortiums, as well as international education associations. He collaborates with a number of teams to develop technology projects and professional learning initiatives that meet the strategic vision of clients and partners. Brian’s experience in educational publishing and teaching at the college level enables him to craft creative solutions for large-scale education projects.
