Susan is a retired teacher who believes that putting to use what one learns will further the course of education. Sharing that education with others will bring about life experiences that will enrich all. Currently she is working on developing a children’s community garden in her town. She also assists her daughters homeschool my grandchildren by developing lesson plans and participating as a learning coach. In her free time, Susan enjoys gardening, crocheting, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Susan Langwell, M.A.
PLS Classes Instructor Since 1995
Since I was a little girl I always wanted to be a teacher, playing “school” in my bedroom with my dolls. I feel educating others is a privilege that also enables oneself to be a lifelong learner.
I continually learn and grow from PLS Classes students / teachers. Reading about the lessons, challenges and rewards each teacher faces, helps me feel connected as a teacher.
