Roz is a music teacher in the Greencastle-Antrim school district where she teaches 7th and 8th grade chorus and 6th grade music and chorus. In addition, Roz is the leader of Concert Choir, Select Vocal Ensemble, and the Freedom Singers at the high school. Her love of music inspired her to join the Community and Church Choirs where they bring entertainment and joy to seniors at the Greencastle Senior Center. Roz enjoys reading, gardening, outdoor activities such as walking, running, and golfing.
Reflecting upon teaching PLS Classes for over 20 years, Roz said, “I love giving my participants a relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of humor, personal examples, visual props, and costumes”. It’s never a dull moment in a “Roz” course! It is inspiring to share these activities and strategies in order to help instructors make the adjustments and changes they need, so they can create meaningful moments on a daily basis. Making learning real and exciting is my passion!”
