Happy November, Educators!
With Thanksgiving quickly approaching, we wanted to extend our gratitude by sharing this FREE printable we created for your students.
Thanksgiving is a time to reflect and this activity does just that while encouraging students to utilize their writing skills through journaling.
According to the HuffPost, journaling has many health benefits, including managing anxiety and reducing stress. Journaling gives students the opportunity to express themselves without the confines of a typical writing assignment. They have the freedom to do a deep dive into their emotions without having to worry about the topic, length, grammar, etc.
This 30 Days of Gratitude Journal activity includes 30 prompts that will encourage your students to self-reflect and appreciate even the ordinary moments.
